Township of Washington NJ Real Estate Market Report – A Look at August 2009!

The Township of Washington, New Jersey saw the sale of 9 homes during August 2009.

 

The average List Price was $566,089. The average Sold Price was $504,222. The median Sold Price was $469,000. On average, homes that sold in the Township of Washington NJ during August 2009 sold for 89.07% of the List Price.  In addition, there were 15 homes under contract at the end of August ’09.
